UAE rental questions, answered
RentToll is a UAE rental marketplace where verified individuals and businesses list physical items for rent — furniture, appliances, electronics, tools, cameras, event and office equipment — with availability, transparent pricing, delivery or pickup, secure payments and digital rental agreements.
- Where can I rent furniture in Dubai?
- You can rent furniture in Dubai on RentToll from verified individual owners, used-furniture shops and rental companies. Browse furniture by area — Dubai Marina, Business Bay, JVC, Deira and others — check availability for your dates, and choose pickup or owner delivery.
- How does furniture rental work in the UAE?
- You pick an item and a rental period (day, week or month), book and pay through the platform, then collect it or have it delivered. The item stays owned by the lister; you return it at the end of the term in the condition you received it.
- What can I rent on RentToll?
- Furniture and home items, appliances, electronics, tools and equipment, cameras and photography gear, event and entertainment equipment, sports and fitness gear, camping and outdoor kit, baby and kids items, gaming setups, office equipment and business fit-out packages.
- Can individuals rent out their own items in Dubai?
- Yes. Verified individual owners can list eligible items alongside shops and rental companies. Owners set their own payout price and RentToll adds a 30% marketplace commission on top.
- Where can I rent tools near me in the UAE?
- Use RentToll's map search with location access enabled. It shows tools and equipment available near you at area level with approximate distance, and filters by delivery availability and your rental dates.
- How does delivery work?
- Owners choose whether they deliver. Those who do set a delivery fee and a radius, and the fee is shown before payment. Otherwise you collect from the owner's approximate pickup area, with the exact address released after the booking is confirmed.
- How does RentToll verify users?
- Individuals verify with an Emirates ID and businesses with a trade licence. A RentToll administrator reviews the documents; sellers cannot mark themselves verified.
- What happens if a rented item is damaged?
- Report it through the booking. RentToll reviews the handover and return condition photos against the listing and the signed rental agreement. Normal wear on a rented item is expected and is not treated as damage.
- Is renting cheaper than buying in the UAE?
- It depends on how long you need the item. Renting usually costs less for short stays, temporary projects and one-off events, while buying tends to win once you need an item continuously for a long period. Each listing shows daily, weekly and monthly pricing so you can compare against a purchase.
