Renting on RentToll
To rent on RentToll you search by category and area, pick your dates, book and pay in the platform, then collect the item or have it delivered. At the end of the term you return it in the same condition.
1. Search
Search by keyword or browse a category and emirate. The map shows approximate pickup areas so you can judge distance before booking; exact addresses are shared only after a booking is confirmed.
2. Book
Choose your rental dates. Availability accounts for the owner's quantity and any overlapping bookings, so an item shown as available for your dates can be booked.
3. Receive
Collect from the owner's pickup area, or select delivery where the owner offers it. Delivery is priced by the owner and shown before you pay. Condition photos are recorded at handover.
4. Return
Return the item on the agreed date in the condition it was received, allowing for normal wear. Condition is documented again on return.
Frequently asked questions
- Do I need an Emirates ID to rent?
- Yes. Identity verification with an Emirates ID is required before a booking is confirmed, which is how RentToll keeps both sides of the marketplace accountable.
- Can I rent for a single day?
- Where the owner has set a daily rate, yes. Many items also offer weekly and monthly rates, which lower the effective daily cost.
